Foundation Workshop Programme
A structured multi-week course covering bench fitting, safe machine use, and measured project work for adults preparing for shop-floor roles or further study.

Fees
From £2,450 per learner for a full cohort place — Materials kit and personal PPE included
Delivery
Provider: Senior workshop tutors with industry machining backgrounds
Location: 1 Newfoundland Place workshop floors, London E14
Format: In-person cohort, 12 weeks
Preparation: Wear closed footwear; bring a notebook. Prior maths to GCSE grade 4 level (or equivalent) is helpful but not assessed at entry.
Constraints: Spaces limited by machine bay capacity. Minimum age 18. Hearing and eye protection required on the shop floor.
